For many years, John has helped hornists to be organized-whether it has been managing the Great Organ Concert Hall at the University of Alabama in 2005, hosting the International Horn Competition of America at Colorado State University in 2017 and 2019, and his virtuoso performance of organization-hosting both the International Horn Competition and the 56th International Horn Symposium at Colorado State University in 2024!
